The website is very young, and therefore we know that we still support very few systems. At the beginning, we focused on supporting the new software of the top dog Siemens and also selected the potential customers accordingly.
But now it is time to make the WebApp widely available for all systems. But to make not used software changes, we need your information which system and which export files are needed by our WebApp.

Public or specific Extentions
The export files or extensions can be for different systems or programs. Thus we distinguish between public extensions which are available for everyone after development and specific extensions. These are only made for one customer and also only accessible for one customer and his team.
But a specific extension is not a know how protection. If another customer happens to have the same system and therefore wants the same extension, it can be made available to the new customers as well.
The difference between public and specific enhancement is therefore how much foreign users the extntion is made available to. This also affects the price and so we jump to the next point.
Price
Of course, we can’t support just any system or software without being able to afford a coffee. Somehow we and the servers have to be paid. That’s why we thought about making the price dependent on the popularity of the software to be supported.
So if you want an extension which is surely needed by other customers and the price for the extension is 1000€, then you pay 1000€ to support the development and get a voucher with 100% of the paid amount.
If an extension is made only for you, or for a niche software, then you also pay in advance the 100% development costs and get no voucher.
The voucher can be used later to pay off the monthly or yearly subscription costs. When the subscription model comes is not yet fixed and communicated in time.
